[In]Sight: Australia’s Regional Competitiveness Index 2013 Technical Report

  • Year: 2013
  • Author: Regional Australia Institute
  • Country: Australia
In establishing the Regional Australia Institute (RAI), stakeholders from the regions, government and academia emphasised the extent to which regional Australia has lacked consistent and accessible national level information to inform the discussion on regional development and to guide policy and investment decisions. To address this gap, the RAI launched [In]Sight – Australia’s Regional Competitiveness Index in June 2013.

This report complements and extends the analysis of [In]Sight to provide a technically orientated review of the data and trends within the index.
