Evaluating the Rural Chronic Disease Initiative
The author discusses the Rural Chronic Disease Initiative and its strategies to assist people in rural Australia, especially those in small communities, to prevent and better manage chronic diseases and injury. The views of the Health Consumers' Council of Western Australia on this Initiative are also presented.
