Findings from the Training Needs Survey in Children's Mental Health project, presented in this paper, were used to form the basis of the Children's Mental Health Tele-Education Program. The program targeted allied health workers employed in child and family agencies in the Loddon Southern Mallee Region, Victoria, and was developed in response to the rural context and needs of the target group for training in child mental health. Program evaluation is discussed.
