Rural Matters: Retaining Rural Hospital Staff
Recruitment and retention of pharmacists in rural and remote areas remains problematic. Recent work with colleagues in the Greater Southern Area Health Service (GSAHS) on a new initiative in rural hospitals may offer some solutions.
