Bringing Business into Australian Regional Development

  • Year: 2014
  • Author: Regional Australia Institute
  • Country: Australia

Much of Australia's insight into business conditions is dominated by metropolitan perspectives, particularly at the national level. However, we also know that regional businesses operate in a different context to those in our major cities and play an important role in many of the nation's most important industries.

To bridge the gap between regional and urban knowledge, the 'Survey of Regional Business Conditions and Development Prospects' provided a chance for regional and metropolitan businesses to have their say on business conditions.
