Indicators of community strength in Victoria: framework and evidence

This report provides the underpinning framework and evidence for DPCD’s community development work and its Indicators of Community Strength that track elements of this work (DPCD 2010). The indicators measure aspects of Victorian’s ability to get help when needed, community participation, satisfaction with amenity in their local areas and select community attitudes (such as feeling safe)
