The key aspects and features of a study undertaken to study joint extension initiatives in agribusiness to identify the critical success factors and key lessons learned are discussed. Three identified leads and critical success factors that have guided extension planning with agribusiness in the Southern Agricultural region of Western Australia are highlighted.
