This report outlines the scenario/strategic thinking processes conducted for RDA Peel up to the formation of skeletal scenarios. The procedure provided the participants with an understanding of scenario planning; tem interaction through a very participatory process; and a deeper understanding of some of the factors affecting the region in which they live.

This report provides some examples of ways in which a range of regional agencies have set about creating change which may have relevance to the Peel region. The purpose of this report is to stimulate thinking about innovation and change in the Peel region.
