This paper was part of a project to allow key stakeholders to discuss and identify critical issues for newly arrived migrants and refugees settling in the Goulburn Valley. It examines critical issues for the region, such as education, health, housing, employment and transport. Settlement issues are examined in some detail, as are specific youth projects and activities.
